Mexx wanted to revamp its image to appeal to a new target group: the millennial. Highly socially connected and not just interested in the product itself, but also to brand stories that provide depth and meaning. Something to relate to.

The new Mexx is bold and outspoken. The place where E-com and E-zine meet. Typography, space, scale and imagery guide the new visual style with the distinctive XX element at its core. 

I was the only designer in a multidisciplinary team, with creative direction by Rob Sens and Rens Meyer. Unfortunately soon after this pitch Mexx was declared bankrupt and the project halted.
